Here are the National Lottery Lotto results for Wednesday 5th December 2012:
There were no jackpot winners in the mid-week Lotto which means the top prize will rollover to Saturday’s draw for an estimated jackpot of £6.5 million. Although there were no jackpot winners there were four ticket holders who were one number off winning the top prize of £2.2 million but got to take home £177,151 each. A further 254,263 ticket holders went on to win prizes between £10 and £2,059 for matching a handful of the winning numbers drawn. In other National Lottery News the largest ever unclaimed Euromillions prize of £63.8 million expired at 11pm last night and the prize amount and the £645,000 interest accumulated has now been given to the National Lottery Good Causes fund. The winning ticket was sold in the Stevenage and Hitchin area in Hertfordshire and after a national wide search for the missing Euromillions winner the unknown ticket holder still failed to come forward to claim their prize. A National Lottery spokeswoman said, “Unfortunately I can confirm that the ticket holder did not come forward within the deadline to claim their prize and has now sadly missed out on this staggering amount of money.”
